There were properties known as Mulberry Tree Farm and Mulberry Tree House in the early 1900s. It is likely that the white building was originally the House and then when the other properties were demolished became known as the Farm. This postcard was sent from Hambleton to someone in the Isle of Man in 1909 by E. Anson.
