Two Dutch barns in the Stack yard were severely damaged and two farm trailers plus 300 tonnes of straw was destroyed. The fire started around 1345 on 24th April, 1995. Two boys were seen playing in the area prior to the fire starting. The Fire Brigade stayed on the site for several hours. The family of the boys wrote to the Millington family expressing their shock and sadness at the destruction caused by the boys actions.
