The Hambletonian issued April 1922 mentioned Annie was a school prefect appointed in October 1920. She was also Captain of White House in 1920 and 1921. She left school in December 1921. Sadly in the same edition there is an In Memoriam to Winston Longfield, her younger brother who was born 5th March, 1910, started school on 10th June, 1913 and died on 28th February, 1922. Their parents expressed their thanks for the four beautiful wreaths from the school and parents committee and their kindness in giving financial help.
