The cottage was demolished, possibly in the 1990s and eventually Holly Tree Court was build on Holly Tree Farm (which was to the left of the cottages) and the cottages. Residents can remember the Ransome family living there. Miss Lilley lived in the cottage which can just be seen on the right.
