Hambleton Windmill

The second windmill used to grind corn was a little nearer the village. When this was built is not known but appears on the maps of the late 1800s. One record seen states that it was either brick or stone built with four sails and hand winding gear. It is believed that John Palframan was the last miller to use it. We have no photographs of the windmill so far.
