Harry was a driver in the 59th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery ‘B’ Battery, service number 25120 and died 18th June, 1917. He is buried in Lindenhoek Chalet Military Cemetery. He was the son of Charles Newby, of Thorpe Hall Gates.
